How to Ask for Technical Support

Take a minute to read this before posting a support question — good details help our AI assistant and official support staff solve your problem faster.

1. Provide the key info (template optional)

When you click “New Topic” in Technical Support, this template loads automatically. Using it is recommended, but you may also skip the template and write free-form — as long as you clearly include the product name, version, and a description of the problem. Posts missing the essentials (no product name or no problem description, etc.) are automatically closed and you’ll be asked to repost with the missing info. Leave blank any template fields that don’t apply:

Additional notes:

2. Title format

Recommended: product model + software/hardware area + specific symptom. Example: “TonyPi: action editor won’t connect on Windows 11”.

3. Before posting

  1. Did you search the forum with your product model and the full error message?
  2. Did you check the product’s manual, tutorials, and FAQ?
  3. Did you save logs, screenshots, or video before restarting or reflashing?

After you post, the AI assistant replies as soon as it can and summons official support staff when needed. When it’s solved, mark the solution.
