Support told me to change language to Chinese when filling the form on chipintelli.com to create new firmware for the wonder echo.
I filled in the data, clicked done. Data was accepted. Went back to English and the form returned – it was empty.

Please try the following steps to complete your configuration:
Switch directly to Chinese right after logging in, and keep it in Chinese until the firmware is successfully created. Please do not switch back to English midway.
Translate the webpage into an English UI using your browser’s built-in translation feature to make the configuration easier for you.
