Issue Description

  1. What did you expect to happen? ROS 2
  2. What actually happened? ROS 1
  3. Error message or logs:

There is no issue with the existing OS other than that Ubuntu 18.04 is out of support. I am looking for an upgrade path to ROS2 on a newer OS. Is there one available now? If not immediately, is there a timetime for it?

So far, I have created a Rosbridge Web Interface for ROS 1. And I want to explore ROS 2 next.
