Issue Description

Robot is not connecting to the app. I hear a blinking sound and the red light is flashing. Is there an issue with my wiring?

A single short beep after startup is normal. Repeated “beep-beep-beep” sounds indicate that the battery voltage is below approximately 10 V, so this does not yet confirm a wiring fault.

  1. Turn the robot off and charge it using the supplied charger. The charger indicator is red while charging and green when charging is complete. Do not operate the robot while charging.
  2. For first use, switch the robot off and verify that the battery mating connector under the chassis is connected red-to-red and black-to-black. Do not force the connector.
  3. Power on the robot and wait for the single short startup beep. The expansion board’s blue LED1 should flash in the default AP direct-connect mode.
  4. Enable Wi-Fi and GPS/location on the phone, and grant all permissions to WonderAi.
  5. In WonderAi, select the ROSOrin entry matching your chassis, add the robot, and choose direct-connect mode. Connect the phone to the Wi-Fi hotspot beginning with HW using password hiwonder. If the phone reports that the network has no internet, keep the connection, then return to the app.
  6. If no HW hotspot appears and blue LED1 remains steadily lit, hold KEY1 on the expansion board for 5–10 seconds. LED1 should begin flashing and the hotspot should appear.

The documented network indicator is the blue LED1; the flashing red light cannot be identified without knowing which board it is on. If these checks do not resolve the problem, please post a close-up photo showing the red light, blue LED1, and battery/STM32 wiring, and confirm whether the phone can see the HW hotspot.
